Diana is a passionate advocate for leveraging AI technology to help educators. With a career spanning over a decade in the technology field, Diana has dedicated herself to helping others harness the power of AI since 2018. Alongside her professional role as a User Experience Manager on Verizon’s Corporate Communications Team, Diana finds joy in teaching AI concepts to both students and teachers, fostering a culture of innovation and exploration.

Early Exposure to Education and Technology

Born and raised in Denville, New Jersey, Diana was immersed in the worlds of education and technology from an early age. With a father deeply involved in computer science, Diana grew up surrounded by the latest innovations in technology. Additionally, her grandfather, a dedicated biology teacher, instilled in her a passion for education through his support to his students. Attending her grandfather’s lectures and learning from her father’s technical endeavors sparked Diana’s interest in pursing AI in education.

Academic and Professional Achievements

Diana holds a Master’s of Science degree in User Experience with a concentration in Interactive Media from Quinnipiac University. She graduated Cum Laude from Marywood University with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design and a minor in Multimedia. Recently, Diana has been awarded the Marywood Alumni Award of Excellence for Professional Achievement, recognizing her technical, athletic, and educational accomplishments.

Additionally, Diana has completed Google Cloud’s Introduction to Generative AI course. She has taken these AI learnings to apply them to AI for Students, aimed at helping students integrate AI in school.
